Dog grooming is a great choice for anyone wanting a rewarding and flexible career. Everyday is different on our dog grooming course and will bring both happiness and challenges, dog grooming requires patience, a caring nature, a need to give the best service and an artistic flair. Dog grooming can be anything you want it to be, a full time exciting career that will take you around the country competing in dog grooming shows, learning new skills and evolving to be the best you can be, working with a team within a commercial salon, also flexibility as much or as little as you like, working from home, around your commitments. This is especially great for parents, people wanting to slow down or around a part time job to boost your income. Depending on your situation there are many options for setting up a salon from home, converting a garage or log cabin, utility room or other and you also can have ready made salons delivered to your garden. Or you might want to go mobile, from a ready made grooming van or trailer, or simply groom from clients homes, with a mobile trolley table. We are happy to help you decide which is the best way for you if you have not already chosen, we can advise on equipment, salon set up, and on our dog grooming course you will learn how to run and manage a safe successful business. We train one on one, yes that's right only one student per tutor, the reason for this is we want to give you the best start as possible, promoting confidence and skills you will leave us a fully trained and competent groomer from a beginner,
